An electronic license (ESD – Electronic Software Delivery) is a digital form of a license, or an activation key, delivered as a code to an email address.
All licenses we offer are intended for the European market, which means they can be activated in any country within Europe.
This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to digital products (ESD licenses) delivered via email.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content and digital services, digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium (such as license keys delivered via email) is not eligible for withdrawal once:
- the license key has been delivered, activated, or otherwise made accessible, and
- the consumer has explicitly consented to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing digital software from us, you agree that:
- The right to return or cancel your order is waived once the digital license key is delivered.
- Once the license or activation code has been emailed and/or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
If you received the wrong license, a defective code, or you believe the code does not activate as described, please contact us without undue delay (at the latest within 7 days of delivery) at info@antivirusi.eu and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- a screenshot of the error.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. In justified cases (e.g., invalid code or technical error), we may issue a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- if the product has already been delivered and the license key disclosed,
- if you purchased the wrong product or changed your mind,
- if the software is incompatible with your system but compatibility was clearly stated,
- if you failed to use the product within its stated expiration or activation period.
Digital products are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. Please ensure that your email address is correct before purchasing.
In accordance with anti-fraud control measures, the processing of paid orders may be delayed for up to 24 hours.

In line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/770, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."
By finalizing your purchase, you expressly agree that the digital delivery begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw.
By placing an order, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the above terms.
