Che cos'è una patente elettronica (ESD)?

Una licenza elettronica (ESD – Electronic Software Delivery) è una forma digitale di licenza, o chiave di attivazione, consegnata come codice a un indirizzo e-mail.

Le licenze elettroniche presentano numerosi vantaggi: il prodotto ordinato è immediatamente disponibile per l'uso dopo aver ricevuto la licenza (codice) all'indirizzo e-mail fornito. Il prodotto è significativamente più conveniente (non è necessaria la produzione, l'imballaggio o la stampa di DVD). Riceverai sempre la versione più recente del prodotto e tale licenza è anche più rispettosa dell'ambiente poiché elimina la produzione e gli sprechi non necessari, come supporti e imballaggi. Nel caso di una licenza elettronica, il programma di installazione viene scaricato tramite Internet.

Una licenza elettronica (ESD) ha esattamente la stessa validità e scopo di una licenza ottenuta in formato classico, ad esempio, in una scatola acquistata in un negozio fisico.
Questa forma di licenza è stata utilizzata per diversi anni da tutti i principali produttori di software, giochi, biglietti, ecc.

I produttori possono anche fare riferimento a una licenza elettronica come numero di serie, chiave di attivazione, chiave di prodotto o codice di licenza.

Quando e come riceverò i prodotti ordinati?

We strive to send ordered ESD licenses paid by credit card or via PayPal to your email address within a few hours (this applies to all orders placed and paid during morning hours on business days).

If you choose a bank transfer, you will receive the license at your email address once the payment is visible in our bank account.

In accordance with anti-fraud control measures, the processing of paid orders may be delayed for a period of up to 24 hours.

I bought a new license, when do I need to activate it?

Licenses purchased from us are not pre-activated, so you can activate them according to your needs and preferences.

With most manufacturers, you can enter your new license at any time, and it will only activate after your current license expires (the validity period will not start counting until then). However, this does not apply to all manufacturers (e.g., Norton, Malwarebytes), so it is advisable to check this on the manufacturer’s official website. In such cases, enter and activate your new license only after your current license expires and the program notifies you.

For Norton and Malwarebytes, we recommend waiting until your existing license expires before adding the new license.

Why haven't I received the order confirmation email yet?

If you did not receive our confirmation email at the end of the ordering process, please notify us at our email address: info@antivirusi.eu.

Before doing so, please check if our email may have ended up in your spam folder.

Can I use the purchased license to extend my antivirus program?

Yes, our licenses are suitable for new and initial software installations, as well as for renewing or extending existing licensed programs.

Are the product descriptions accurate and up-to-date?

Our team constantly strives to ensure that the information is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but we kindly ask you to verify the exact details on the manufacturer’s official website before making a purchase.

How can we return the ordered product to you?

In the case of a product in the form of a digital license (ESD), we do not accept returns as the license key has already been delivered and disclosed to the customer (sent to the provided email address).

However, the customer always has the option to test the fully functional software for up to 30 days (depending on the product) free of charge, which applies to all manufacturers in our offering. The free trial version is available on the official website of the selected manufacturer. After the free trial period expires, the license can simply be purchased from us to extend the full functionality of the product.

How can I test an antivirus program before purchasing it?

If you wish to try a specific program before purchasing it, we recommend visiting the official website of the manufacturer and downloading a trial version of the program. All manufacturers offer the option of a time-limited trial (ranging from 3 to 30 days) for all their antivirus programs. These trial programs are fully functional and operate exactly as they would if you decide to purchase them.

After the trial period expires, you can order a license from us and continue using the program.

In quali lingue sono disponibili i prodotti?

By default, the software is always in English, but during installation, other languages are also offered (e.g., German, Italian, etc.).

My trial antivirus program has expired. What should I do?

My activation code is not working!

Carefully check for any typos when entering the license code. Common mistakes include confusing O (the letter) with 0 (the number), I (uppercase i) with l (lowercase L) and 1 (the number), or B (the letter) with 8 (the number). To avoid errors when entering the code, copy and paste it into the field where you want to activate it.

Some brands (Norton, AVG, McAfee, etc.) require you to register your code before you can activate it in the software.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and based on a proforma invoice (bank transfer).

If you need the product immediately (within a few hours, the same day), we recommend paying by credit card or through PayPal.
