An electronic licence (ESD – Electronic Software Delivery) is a digital form of licence or an activation key in the form of a code, which is usually received by an e-mail.
There are huge advantages of electronic licences, starting with the fact that the ordered product is available for use immediately upon delivery of the licence (code) to your e-mail address, the product is usually much cheaper (no production of DVD media, box, printing … required), you always receive the most recent version of the product and, finally, such a licence is more environmentally friendly, as it does not require unnecessary production followed by waste including media and packaging. In case of an electronic licence, the installation software shall be downloaded from the cloud.
The electronic licence (ESD) validity and purpose are exactly the same as in case the licence is received in a “classic” form, e.g. in a box in physical store. Such forms of selling licensed products have been used by all major manufacturers of software, games, tickets, etc. for many years.
Manufacturers may also name an electronic licence a serial number, activation key, sales number, licence code …
Each product has an “Add to Cart” button to add the product into the cart. Of course, you can repeat the “Add to Cart” process until you have put into the cart all of the products you intend to buy. Then click the “Cart” button. On the “Cart” page, you can see all the selected products you have added into the cart. You can change the quantity of the selected products (increase or decrease it), remove a specific product, etc. You can also enter a discount code (coupon code) on this page, if you have one, of course. By clicking the “Payment” or “Go to Payment” button, you move to the payment option or to the beginning of the buying process.
You can make your purchase as a guest (in which case you have to re-enter your data with each purchase), or you can register a new user account. If you had already registered it, just log in, and the system will detect you and display your existing data (name, surname, address, delivery address …). When entering your information, please, be careful and accurate; this will prevent any delivery delays due to an incorrectly entered address, or prevent us to fail to verify your order and notify you of the pending product or delivery due to an incorrect phone number or e-mail address.
The next step is to choose the method of payment for your order. At present, you can choose to pay by bank transfer, various credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), and Paypal. In order to continue your purchase, in this step, you have to confirm (tick) to have read and agreed with our General Terms and Conditions, and then click the “Buy and Pay” button.
A page will display, thanking you for your purchase and containing the data about your order number, date, amount, and the selected payment method.
To the e-mail address you indicated, you will receive a notification of your purchase, containing the products and quantities you had chosen, and other information. When we accept your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation, which also confirms that we have accepted your order.
This message contains all the information about your order. If you have chosen a bank transfer (pro forma invoice) as the method of payment, then transfer the indicated final amount, including VAT, to our transaction (bank) account, and enter your order number under the “subject” or “reference”.
At this stage, the contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the buyer and the vendor is irrevocably concluded.

Before that, however, check that our e-mail message did not land in your Spam folder.
By default, software is always in English language; however, other languages (e.g. German, Italian …) are also available for installation.
If you would like to try a specific antivirus before buying, we would recommend you to find it on the manufacturer’s official website, and download a Trial version. All vendors provide a time-limited trial option (usually up to 30 days) for all their antivirus solutions. Such trial software is fully functional, and it works exactly in the same way it will work if you decide to buy it.
When the trial period expires, you can order a licence for the selected antivirus with us, and continue using it.
If you had downloaded a trial, time-limited version of the antivirus from the manufacturer’s official website and it already expired, you can simply and quickly buy a licence for it from us, and the antivirus will continue working smoothly and in its full functionality.
None of the licences purchased with us are activated in advance; therefore, you can activate the licence at your own request and need.
With most manufacturers, you can enter your new licence at any time, and it will only be activated after the old previous licence expires (its days of validity will not be counted out before that). However, this does not apply to all manufacturers (e.g. Norton, Malwarebytes …); therefore, you should check for this issue on the manufacturer’s official website. In such cases, you just enter the new licence and activate it when your old licence expires and antivirus has notified you about that.
